How much does sonarID cost?
Starter is $69/month ($59/month billed annually) for stores under 2,500 orders/month. Pro is $249/month ($212/month billed annually) for stores with 2,500 to 50,000 orders/month. Enterprise pricing is custom for stores above 50,000 orders/month. Every plan also pays $0.05 per customer enriched, so your maximum enrichment cost is always your order volume times five cents.
What does the $0.05 per enrichment fee cover?
Each enrichment runs a customer through identity resolution: social profiles and follower counts, occupation and company, press and investor signals, and VIP scoring. You only pay for customers that are actually enriched, and free signal checks like email-domain matching cost nothing.
What are backfill credits?
Backfill credits let you scan your historical order archive for VIPs you already have. Starter includes 1,000 credits and Pro includes 5,000. Past your included credits, historical backfill is $0.05 per customer, and you control exactly how many orders to import so the maximum cost is visible before you run it.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. You can also run a free VIP scan of your recent orders before installing anything.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing saves about 15%: Starter drops to $59/month ($708 billed annually) and Pro drops to $212/month ($2,544 billed annually).
Do you bill through Shopify?
Yes. If you install from the Shopify App Store, billing runs through Shopify's own billing system on your existing Shopify invoice. Direct signups are billed by card via Stripe.
